The estimated delivery time for all packages is within 24 hours after payment confirmation and after the customer provides all required information.

If the customer does not provide the required website information, access details, or project information, delivery may be delayed until the missing information is received.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To deliver the service correctly, the customer must provide accurate and complete information when requested.

• Current website issues;
• Access details, when necessary;
• Any additional information required for the selected service.

PRWTOS is not responsible for delays caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. No Physical Shipping

Since PRWTOS provides digital services only, there are no shipping fees, shipping methods, tracking numbers, or physical delivery.

All deliverables are sent digitally, mainly by email.

7. No Physical Returns

Because our services are digital and customized for each customer, there are no physical items to return.

Customers do not need to return any product or package.

8. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Once an order is placed and the service process begins, the work is considered customized and non-refundable.
